Blend together:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 fresh/frozen banana or 1 fresh/frozen avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in a little water overnight to make them easier to blend)
- 1 teaspoon Resilience Turmeric Elixir
- 2-4 dates for sweetness
- Oatmilk, coconut water, or orange juice to help it blend
